The management of the company consists of two individuals, Ross and Bryan Bainbridge. The company is responsible for exclusive sales for confectionery and snack industry related process and forming equipment
in the United States and Canada.
Ross Bainbridge, managing partner, began his confectionery and snack industry experience in the late 1960's, relating to connections with APV Baker (i.e. Werner Lehara / Baker Perkins). He was responsible for confectionery equipment sales from the early 1970's through the mid 1990's. Ross has served on many National Confectioners Association committees, such as the All Candy Expo, Associate Advisory Board, and as the supplier representative on the NCA Board of Directors.
Bryan Bainbridge began his experience with the company in June of 1997, working in customer support,
sales, and project management. He has served on the Candy Industry Kettle Committee.
Erv Klein began his career with APV Baker (Werner Lehara/Baker Perkins) in the late 1970's. Working there as a field service technician and in confectionery sales through 2001. Erv then formed E. Klein Associates representing Imperial Design Technologies until joining Bainbridge Associates in 2013.
Adam Stearns has been actively selling processing and packaging equipment to the confectionery, food, and pharmaceutical industries since 2007. He started his career at EquipNet in equipment sales and later managed Driam USA which represents the companies Driam Anlagenbau GmbH and Maschinpex Maschinenbau GmbH in the Americas. Adam joined Bainbridge Associates in January 2019.
